Rene Mouawad Air Base, is the military section of Rene Mouawad Airport, formerly and still sometimes known as Qoleiat air base , used to be a military-civil joint airport in North Lebanon, 6 kilometres (3.7 mi) from the Lebanese–Syrian border.
